Magazine and Zine Representation and Coverage
Detailed information about all magazines and zines contained in the RILM Archive of Popular Music Magazines can be found on the product page as well as on the RAPMM platform. Please submit the following information for accurate representation of your publication:
- A description of approximately 150–200 words
- Issue number, month (if applicable), and year for each issue
- Publisher name and place of publication (including changes over time if applicable)

If digital copies are available, please send to rapmm@rilm.org. We can also accept digital copies via Google Drive, WeTransfer, and Dropbox.
Access for Licensors
RAPMM access is provided to all licensors. To set up your access:
- Go to https://rapmm.rilm.org
- Click on LOG IN to be brought to the RILM Account page
- Click on Create account and enter your information
- Email us at rapmm@rilm.org to let us know you created an account, and we will grant you access
Royalties
Royalty payments are issued within ninety (90) days following the close of each annual reporting period (1 July to 30 June). Royalties are calculated based on the content of RAPMM at the end of each reporting period. Please address royalty issues to rapmm@rilm.org.
Keeping RAPMM Up to Date
If your publication is ongoing, please inform us of any newly published issues by sending an email to rapmm@rilm.org.
Promotion and Marketing
The more people and institutions know about RAPMM, the more exposure your publication will receive and trials and subscriptions we can expect. Therefore, we appreciate you include the information about your publication’s availability through RAPMM on your website, social media profile, and/or in other promotional materials. Feel free to use the following sentence: [Name of publication] is available electronically through the RILM Archive of Popular Music Magazines (RAPMM).
