Austin Shadduck manages updates to RILM’s digital infrastructure, focusing on the coordination of personnel and tech-driven initiatives. He also provides technical support for MGG Online, among other RILM projects.

A PhD candidate in music composition at the CUNY Graduate Center, his research examines shakuhachi history in the United States. He holds a master’s degree in composition from Queens College, CUNY, and a bachelor’s degree in music from the University of Rochester. He plays shakuhachi, saxophone, sings, and directs a handbell choir in Upstate New York.
